Crossover Summaries & All-Tournament Teams

WOMEN'S TOURNAMENTS

SPOKANE, WASH. | Spokane Crossover

The Clackamas Cougars defeated the Spokane Bigfoot to claim the Spokane Crossover championship.  The Cougars led by as many as 11 in the 2nd half led by tourney MVP Erika Pengelly, who posted 14 points and 3 steals.  Cassidy Edwards added 13 and 4 steals. 

In the 3rd place game, Blue Mountain topped South Puget Sound 82-45. Mar’Shay Moore scored 35 with 13 boards.  Whatcom defeated Pierce in the Consolation Final 71-44.  Kortney Grattic led scorers with 19 points.

GRESHAM, ORE.  | Mt. Hood Crossover
The game was tied with five minutes left before a 10-2 run by Centralia put them up 9 and giving the largest lead of the game.  A small rally by Bellevue fell short, giving the Centralia Blazers the Mt. Hood Crossover championships 58-52. MVP Molly McIntyre scored 16 and grabbed 6 boards. Jamika Parker added 12 points and 11 boards.

Walla Walla topped Olympic 67-36 for 3rd. The Warriors were led by Bailey Nygaard and Paige Vincent, who had 12 points apiece.

AUBURN, WASH. | Green River Crossover
Treasure Valley led by as many as 12 en route to a 70-62 victory over Lane in the Green River Crossover Championship.  Jessica Praegitzer scored 14 and added 4 steals.  MVP Celest Pantoja added 12 along with 6 assists and 4 steals. 

In a thrilling OT game, Highline topped Portland 79-73 to claim 3rd.  Calli Remitz & Alycea DeLong both with 15.  Chardonnae Miller added 12 along with 20 rebounds (12 offensive).  Big Bend tops host Green River 81-66 for 4th place.   Riley Jammett scored 18.

MOUNT VERNON, WASH. | Skagit Valley Crossover

Umpqua takes a 25 point halftime lead the distance to defeat host Skagit Valley 94-57 for the crossover championship.  Romanalyn Inocencio led all scorers with 22, adding 9 boards and 10 assists.  Anna Mumm chipped in 18 while grabbing 7 boards.

Clark survives a 2nd-half Yakima Valley rally to take 3rd, winning the game 70-67.  Megan Pyles with 20.  In the consolation final, Columbia Basin tops SW Oregon 74-72.

MOSES LAKE, WASH. | Big Bend Crossover

Big Bend led by as many as 14 in the second half as the Runnin’ Vikes win their own crossover, defeating Pierce 69-64.  MVP Alonzo Ramos scored 17.  Wyatt Johnson added 13 to the win.

In the 3rd place game, the Shoreline Dolphins topped the Mt. Hood Saints 77-72. Marquis Armstead scored 31, adding 6 steals and 5 assists.  Bellevue defeated SW Oregon 83-71 for 4th.  Jordan Willis scored 23 and added 8 boards.

Thadius Galvez scores 21 en route to a Treasure Valley victory over Skagit Valley 64-58 for the Clackamas Crossover Championship.  Dontese Tower added 10 points. 

In the 3rd place game, host Clackamas topped Clark 65-58 for 3rd place.  Vince Boumann scored 18 and added 7 boards for the Cougars.  Chemeketa topped Olympic 99-86 in the Consolation final, giving the Storm 4th place overall.

OLYMPIA, WASH.  | Grays Harbor Crossover, hosted by South Puget Sound CC

After a slow first half, Edmonds outscores Peninsula in the 2nd half but the rally falls short as the Pirates win the Grays Harbor Crossover 66-56.  Ryley Callaghan scores 21 while teammate Deonte Dixon adds 20.  Malik Mayeux adds 10 points and 16 boards. 

Lane extends a 10-point lead to defeat Grays Harbor for 3rd 85-67.  Tre Clark scores 16 and grabs 10 boards.  Walla Walla tops Lower Columbia 86-73 for 4th.  Satchel Schetzle scores 30

EVERETT, WASH.  | Everett Crossover

Host Everett rallies from an 8-point halftime deficit to force overtime.  In OT, James Lopez scores 8 of his team’s 12 points as Columbia Basin wins the Everett Crossover Championship 95-92.  Lopez finished with 25 for the game, adding 10 assist and was named MVP for the tourney.   Teammates Jordan King & Michael Joseph each added 20 pts. 

Wenatchee Valley tops Portland for 3rd 82-69.  Brady Widner scores 15.  Green River tops Umpqua 75-61 for 4th.  Trevante Williams with 25 points and 10 boards.
