McKeown and Jackson named 2018 NWAC-Baden Sports Basketball Players of the Year

McKeown led the Warriors to the 2018 NWAC Women’s Basketball Championship title where she was named the championship tournament MVP. In the semi-final game, McKeown scorched the nets for 45 points, falling just short of the tournament record for points in a game. She followed up that performance with 32 points in the championship game. For the season, McKeown averaged 23.6 ppg, while shooting 43.6% from the 3-point line. She shot 88% from the free throw line, and was named East Region Most Valuable Player.
McKeown has signed to play for NCAA Div I UC Davis next season.

Jackson led the Trojans to their first North Region title in 41 years as well as an Elite 8 appearance in the NWAC Men’s Basketball Championship Tournament. Jackson averaged 18.2 ppg, 9.4 rpg, and 6.3 apg. Known as an intense competitor, Jackson's competitive spirit and leadership was quite evident during the season as he was twice named Under Armour player of the Week and was crowned North Region Most Valuable Player while leading the Trojans to a school record 26 wins.
Jackson is still considering several offers from 4-year schools.
