Men's Player of the Week #4
Jon Moe, Everett
Jon is a freshman guard from Shorecrest High School who led the Trojans to two key victories last week. Against Whatcom Moe had 30 points and against Edmonds, he scored 22 points in a two-point game.
Blake Soloman, Big Bend
Blake is a sophomore guard from Kentwood High School who had an outstanding week for the third ranked Big Bend Vikings. Soloman exploded against scoring 39 points against the Sasquatch in a one-point victory. He was 12-15 from the floor and 11-11 from the free throw line. In their next game, Soloman had 26 points. He currently leads the Eastern Region in scoring (23.6 ppg) and is second in free throw percentage (94.2%).
Carlos Singor, Grays Harbor
Carlos is a sophomore guard from Ingraham High School who helped the Chokers hand Pierce their first loss of the league season. Singor had 17 points and eight assists to lead his team. In the Western Region, he is seventh in scoring (16.5 ppg) and second in assists (5.9 apg).
Tyson Papenfuss, Mt Hood
Tyson is a sophomore from Clackamas High School who had a big game against Umpqua on Januray 27th. In that game, he scored 21 points and pulled down 11 boards to lead the Saints a tie with the Riverhawks for second in the Southern Region. Papenfuss leads the Southern Region is three points percentage (66%) and is fourth in scoring (18.4 ppg) and fifth in rebounding (7.6 rpg).
