Bellevue women and Walla Walla men take day one leads at the 2015 Golf Championships

Day 1 Results: Women | Men

Day one is closed at the NWAC Golf Championship Tournament.

The Bellevue team leads the women's field with a score of 243, a 16 stoke lead over North Idaho (North Idaho can only compete for individual title's in its first season in the NWAC). In third place is Olympic, 19 strokes behind Bellevue.

Bellevue's Lindsey Gullikson and Columbia Basin's Naydeen Martinez are tied at the top of the leaderboard with a score of 74, 5 strokes ahead on third place Sally Fletcher of Olympic.

On the men's side, Walla Walla leads the pack with a score of 290, a two stroke lead over Spokane and ten strokes ahead of third place Olympic.

North Idaho's Hugh Taylor leads the men with a score of 66 while Walla Walla's Daniel Dolin trails by 4 followed by Spokane's Zack Spencer and SW Oregon's Montana Frame each with a score of 71.
