Clark College
Class of 2010

Mike ran cross country and track and field for Clark College from 1993-95. He was a member of the 1994 cross country team runner-ups and the 1994 track and field championship team. Mike won the 800m run at both the 1993 and 1994 track championships. In 1994, he also won the 1500m. After finishing at Clark, Mike went on to compete for Linfield College where he won four individual Northwest Conference titles(800m/1500m in 1995 and 1996). He also was a three time All-American(1000m, 4x800m and 1500m) and was the former NAIA National Indoor 1000m record holder. After college Mike had a long and glorious running career for REEBOK, FILA and the U.S. National Championships and ran in two Olympic Trials. Currently Mike works as the Financial Aid Director at the University of California-Santa Barbara and has three wonderful girls(Olivia, aged 6, Emma, aged 4 and Tiger, aged 1).
