Class of 2011

Jim started as wrestling coach at Clackamas in 1989. He was the wrestling coach from 1989-1992. In 1991, he became the director of athletics, health and physical education. In 2000, Jim was awarded the Dutch Triebwasser Award, which is given to NWAACC's outstanding athletic administrator.

Jim served as an athletic commissioner for 18 years. He was hands on with his athletic programs, often time announcing at games or meets, helping with finishing chute at cross country events and making sure his programs were the best they could be. During this tenure at Clackamas, the Cougar athletic programs brought home a combined total of 40 NWAACC championships.

Jim retired from Clackamas in 2009 and continues to be involved with Cougar athletics assisting with their own Hall of fame and attending events. He also continues to serve the NWAACC as the league's Compliance Manager.
