Rob Kelly

Rob Kelly

NWAACC
Class of 2007

Rob Kelly served as Sports Information Director for the NWAACC between 1987-2006, relocating with the office when it moved from Bellevue to Linn-Benton in 1992 and to Clark in 1994.

Kelly expanded NWAACC publications by adding pictures(where he did all of his own photography work) to the weekly Sportsline newsletter, and created yearbooks and tournament programs for those sports that didn't have them.

Kelly began the Hotline where people could call to receive basketball scores on the night of the league games. In his free time, he researched a large amount of the NWAACC's past history which was located in old newspapers at public libraries.

Kelly ran cross country for Bellevue CC under coach Fred Andrew in 1976. He returned to BCC in 1985 and served as their Sports Information Director before working for the NWAACC.
