Comments : Gwen went through a lot this week having lost a family member to cancer. She raised her level of play to the highest I’ve seen from her, and overcame, the obstacles in her path. She helped us defeat Highline and maintain a 6-0 record in region play and then was outstanding against Whatcom and Spokane at the crossover. She is a tenacious, passionate player who gives all she has every minute she plays.

Comments : Holly has improved her defensive game over the past two weeks. The largest piece of her game, that provides offense for us, is her serves! In our crossover tournament she had 9 ace serves in our victory against Linn Benton. With this kind of serving as well as her awesome digs, she has become a valuable part of our team.
