Dean went toe-to-toe with the previous week's winner in Josh McCartain, narrowly winning the Bellevue Invitational by one stroke at 7-under par. Dean shot 67 on day 1, followed by a solid round score of 70 on day 2. He helped the Bulldogs finish third overall at +16, only seven strokes behind first place North Idaho.
